Get Ready for a Mega Weekend!

What a weekend we have in store! William from Lokefoil to provide a demo of their latest masterpiece; the NWF Winter Windsurfing Camp … and a cracker of a forecast to come and hone your latest kit, ready for the start of the season. Plus the temperature is going to be the right side of 10 degrees for the whole weekend. Oh, and there are the final games of the 6-nations to add an extra bit of spice to the weekend. What more could we ask for? It all promises to be weekend not to be missed. For more information, and to book yourself a session on the Lokefoil or a place on the camp, call the centre on 07817 717904.

NWF WWC is on … for Sunday 12th only!

National Watersports Festival (NWF) Winter windsurfing camp has a green light for Sunday 12th only. Forecast for Saturday has disappeared, so the camp will go ahead on Sunday only. Come along and master the core skills or join in with the slalom racing practice in preparation for the start of the 2017 British Slalom Association season next month. To whet your appetite, here are some shots of OTC Teamriders Kevin Greenslade and Scotty Stallman Windsurfing getting some practice in last weekend (thanks to Andy Stallman for the shots). Cost is £30.00 for the day. To book or for more information, call us on 07817 717904.

Techno Core Skills Training is ON!

The forecast for the weekend is a little fruity to say the least, so we will be looking at survival skills and how to handle your kit being over powered. Places are filling up fast, so get in touch if you want to join in.

January NWF Winter Windsurfing Camp Postponed

We’ve been keeping an eye on the forecast for this weekend, and whilst it changes every 30min, there consistently doesn’t seem to be enough wind over the whole weekend to make it worthwhile. We are therefore postponing the camp until the weekend of 14-15th January. The camp will provide core skills training for anyone that would like to improve their planing technique, whilst PWA judge and Pro X Train master Mark Hosegood will once again be in attendance, providing tips for the slalom pros. Keep an eye on this page and our Facebook page for latest updates, once the forecast for the 14-15th materialises.
